We Are Effective At Making A Difference

We focus on correcting muscle imbalances using functional strength training to encourage your body to revive your younger self! Life is challenging - priorities pull your focus and injuries slow your progress, but hope is not lost.

We specializes in correcting muscle imbalances, using functional strength training and biomechanics to help people get back into shape, especially post injury. In addition, we help athletes achieve a higher level of programming through neuromuscular training and sports performance.

True Balance feels more like a community than a gym. The trainers at True Balance are very attentive, welcoming, knowledgeable, and will adjust the workouts to fit every person's fitness level and needs. As a dad in his 40s who lacked any sort of fitness regimen before starting at True Balance, I often felt overwhelmed and self conscious with the idea of walking into a gym without any sort of direction. After over 2 years of training at True Balance, I get bummed out if I miss a single workout. Working out at True Balance has truly been one of the most significant positive changes in my life. True Balance provides the direction and support to start you on your path to fitness, regardless of where you are on that path. I was in town visiting my folks and looking for a well equipped gym to use. True Balance, specifically Ali (owner), was GREAT: very welcoming, very high quality facility with great equipment (weights, machines, dumbbells, kettlebells).I watched a few classes and the instructors (either 1-1 or group settings) were knowledgeable and really professional.TY True Balance and Ali!!

I cannot say enough great things about my experience at True Balance! Ali and her team are so talented and supportive. The culture at True Balance is one of friendship and fun - I never felt self-conscious or intimidated, even when just starting out. I highly recommend this studio!

True Balance has been a godsend! The individual training sessions and group classes have provided me with the space to build strength and endurance but the atmosphere is incredibly fun! Ali has built a community of fun and caring people. Outdoor classes are fun!(when the weather cooperates) Spa features such as sauna and amazing steam shower only add to fitness and other holistic activities. Check them out! They have the Pilar “Stamp Of Approval” 👍🏼💪🏼

I don't usually go for gyms. I always feel self-conscious, like I don't belong. True Balance is different. I feel like I'm a part of a community. Besides that, the classes I've taken here have really helped me in my fitness journey. My first couple classes I couldn't finish without having to take a break because I felt like I just couldn't continue. But they encouraged and challenged me without overwhelming me, and now I can participate fully, I can listen to my body more effectively, and I feel stronger and more confident. It's a gem of a place, and I would recommend True Balance to anyone who wants to start or continue a fitness journey and be treated as an individual person.

Ali and the entire team of trainers at True Balance are not just incredibly knowledgeable but they are also supportive and able to adapt to their clients' individual needs and abilities. The atmosphere is friendly and the group classes are excellent. I'm so glad I discovered True Balance several years ago!

We Are More Effective To Making Different Yourself From Others

Ali opened it’s doors in 2007 as studio apartment, dogs sleeping on the couch with the cardio equipment behind them. There was a designated training space in the back and a loft upstairs where she slept. After Ali began to have children the studio needed to evolve. Then she moved out, began to build her team, added classes, group training and open gym. The location changed a few times, each time growing and building an encouraging team and amazing client base. Ali loves the small studio feel because she doesn’t want anyone to get injured and form is especially important. So even if Ali is on the other side of the room, engaged in other activities, she will come over or encourage her team, to come over and correct your form.
