We focus on correcting muscle imbalances using functional strength training to encourage your body to revive your younger self! Life is challenging - priorities pull your focus and injuries slow your progress, but hope is not lost. We don't do quick fixes and we provide lasting change! We help you reach your goals gradually, through progressive workouts, introducing the science behind your biomechanics, while recognizing your strengths and weaknesses so that we can reduce injury and establish true balance.
The True Balance Studio staff are here for those who are new to or returning to fitness and need effective, progressive workouts to strengthen and gain flexibility.
We specializes in correcting muscle imbalances, using functional strength training and biomechanics to help people get back into shape, especially post injury. In addition, we help athletes achieve a higher level of programming through neuromuscular training and sports performance.

Ali opened it’s doors in 2007 as studio apartment, dogs sleeping on the couch with the cardio equipment behind them. There was a designated training space in the back and a loft upstairs where she slept. After Ali began to have children the studio needed to evolve. Then she moved out, began to build her team, added classes, group training and open gym. The location changed a few times, each time growing and building an encouraging team and amazing client base. Ali loves the small studio feel because she doesn’t want anyone to get injured and form is especially important. So even if Ali is on the other side of the room, engaged in other activities, she will come over or encourage her team, to come over and correct your form.
