The book includes detailed instructions and pictures on maintaining appropriate form, which is crucial for a safe and effective exercise program. There are dozens of exercises included in the book with ways to adjust and advance as needed.

Ali has dedicated her life to learning, understanding, and teaching biomechanics, physical fitness, and nutrition to help people maintain their youth through progressive workouts and healthier diets to achieve true balance.
Ali completed four levels of training from the prestigious Equinox Fitness Training Institute (EFTI) in California, where she trained Janice Dickinson (America’s Top Model TV show) and Dolph Lundgren (Rocky IV). Her work with Dolph continued for many years after, training while on set in Africa, China, and England.
Here, Dolph trained her in Martial Arts, as she helped him recover from foot surgery to improve his functional movement.
The genesis of the No Burpees Method is the culmination of Ali’s training and education over 30 years; collaborating with everyday people, athletes, and celebrities all over the world to achieve a healthy lifestyle that is balanced and tailored to personal circumstances.
Over the last 15 years, she has focused on developing a team of trainers to provide a way for our clients to achieve their goals safely and effectively. We do not utilize exercises that just look cool or are trending on social media, we select exercises based upon one’s current abilities and limitations so they can safely improve their fitness and wellness. There is a method to intensity without placing unnecessary injury risk upon a valued client.
She believes there’s no point in making you do twenty burpees when you can’t even touch your toes. Workouts should be fun and manageable but still move you towards tailored fitness goals to create a happier lifestyle.
