Jenna Scott

Jenna began taking Pilates several years ago when she discovered that it was an excellent method for recovering from injuries, overcoming imbalances, and building strength. After gaining strength, and flexibility as a client at True Balance Studio, she decided to pursue becoming a Pilates teacher and earned her Pilates Mat certification through Balanced Body. She has also earned a barre certification.  

Jenna’s favorite part of Pilates is that it provides a fun, challenging, joint safe exercise that strengthens and stabilizes the body while enhancing the mind-body connection. These exercises can help with rehabilitation from injuries, general strength and flexibility, and are appropriate for all capabilities – from elite athletes to those who are just beginning their exercise journey. 

Jenna has been training at True Balance studio since 2013 and loves its holistic approach to fitness as well as the community.
