There are multiple ways to become involved in True Balance Studio.

Memberships are not required; however, they provide a cost-effective way to experience unlimited options.  We have many options because we try to customize the package for each person.  Aside from the memberships below, we also have couples and personal training memberships available.

Prior to joining the membership, you will need to book your personal assessment session to establish your goals and create your personalized plan.

All-Inclusive Membership

This is an affordable way to have the accountability and individual attention of personal training sessions with the community of small group sessions. Group training offers customized workouts, which focus on specific goals, and muscle balancing. Group training sessions are limited to 10 people max.

This membership includes an InBody report, which measures lean muscle, body fat, water, weight, and provides your resting metabolic rate. We also provide accountability and nutrition consulting to encourage motivation and implementing techniques to stay on track towards your fitness goals.  We want you to have variety, so you membership also includes unlimited weekly classes, open gym, Peloton, massage chair, sauna, and steam shower. It also includes access to our virtual portal, which has videos, programmed strength, cardio and flexibility workouts, and recipes.

Unlimited Classes Membership

This membership is offered to allow access to unlimited classes, excluding group training and open gym. The classes offer modifications for exercises if needed. Both in-studio virtual classes are available. Memberships are on a month-to-month basis, with a 30-day cancellation policy.

Open Gym

This membership allows access to our Peloton™, semi-private open gym space to personal workouts and our recovery tools such as the massage chair, sauna, and steam shower. Programs are available to keep you motivated!

Class Cards

Class cards provide an opportunity to sample classes prior to signing up for our memberships. They are also great for our out-of-town guest and students’ home for break. This includes virtual and in-studio classes.
