True Balance Studio was founded in 2007, our practice is grounded in a complete approach to fitness, including exercises that focus on biomechanics, balance, and symmetrical strength training. We are dedicated to learning, understanding how our clients move and correcting posture and alignment.. Programming begins gently but advances and continues to challenge the body as it becomes stronger. We can also address cardiovascular and nutrition challenges to help people regain or build their strength through progressive workouts and healthier diets. Either recovering from injury or seeking an advanced, high intensity workout, True Balance Studio is fully equipped to handle your goals.

Aside from working out, we have built an amazing community that brings people together for special events, retreats, and therapeutic services. We offer many services that help bring synergy to the mind and body. We don’t do quick fixes; we focus on building healthier lifestyles.

Why TBS Is Different

We sit at a computer, drive, spend hours looking down at our phones, all of which impacts our body’s muscular structure. We are recovering from surgeries, accidents, or managing various diseases that can prevent us from the athletic endeavors we want to take part in. We have regular and repetitive daily activities that come with our parental or work responsibilities, which can be extremely hard on our bodies.

Aging happens to everyone and injury can happen to anyone. It’s not your fault that you are experiencing difficulties. It’s not necessary to give up on your health and fitness goals. You can get back in shape, even if it’s been years since you’ve done any form of exercise or the idea of working out fills you with dread because of your current limitations.

Understanding muscle imbalances and why we experience pain is the key to a balanced and holistic lifestyle. It’s vital to find safe and progressive tools to take the body from a pain state to a level of strength and flexibility.
