Alyssa is a mom of 3 daughters, 18, 12, and 9.  She started her own fitness journey right after her youngest was born. She had gained weight AFTER her pregnancy and began taking group exercise classes, which then turned in to heavy weight lifting and some cardio exercises.

During that time she grew to love health and fitness and then became inspired to be a Personal Trainer. She’s been training clients for 7 years now.  She started leading Bootcamp style classes in her neighborhood then transitioned to 1-1 personal training.  She is a Certified Functional Aging Specialist and Health Coach. She trains a lot of women in their 40’s, 50’s, 60’s going through perimenopause and menopause.
