Mark Lorenzo

Mark found Tae Kwon Do when he was 14, launching his lifelong love of martial arts training. This led him to develop his own personal workout strategies combining physical challenges with self-discipline, strength, flexibility, and balance.  He also incorporates mindfulness practices and stress relief while building the self-confidence of his clients.

Mark likes the practical application of martial arts and Sanda was an exciting way to test his training. After competing for several years, Mark now coaches individuals and teams and remains an active member of the USAWKF Sanda Committee. He is also one of very few internationally certified Sanda judges through IWUF.

I know that making a change like adopting an exercise routine can be daunting. My programming is made to ease you into training at your own pace. I work with you step by step answering any questions you have. The main goal is to have fun while getting healthy.
